Dayan Contract Mining has responded to the Covid-19 pandemic with a donation to The State Emergency Commission of the Mongolian Government. Agencies are working diligently to meet every challenge in a well-planned and organized manner to protect the country of Mongolia and its citizens.

“We are the miners of Dayan Contract Mining LLC, the underground mining excavation and lateral contractor of the Oyu Tolgoi project, which makes a significant contribution to the country's economy and introduces leading and international standards to the mining and other sectors.

We express deep gratitude to the entire staff of the State Special Commission from the depth of 1,300 meters. We are honoured to donate one day’s worth of our salaries, equalling 100,000,000 tugrug, to the State Emergency Commission of the Mongolian Government to assist with protection against Covid-19.
