During Phase 1 of the OT Underground Project, Redpath Mongolia was responsible for all aspect of management and execution of equipment maintenance. This involved the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance services, major equipment services, rapid response teams to minimize equipment downtime in the field, critical spares inventory and ordering and direction of OEM mechanics as part of the Redpath maintenance team. 

In total, the group was responsible for maintenance programs on 80 pieces of heavy and light mobile equipment. This involved working on Epiroc, Sandvik, Normet, Caterpillar, JCB and other support manufacturers.
