Selenge.Ch has been working in the Oyu Tolgoi project's underground mining field for 17 years and let's highlight her words here:- "It is not easy to work with many different professionals from many places, including people who work underground for long hours away from their families and children. But it's also nice to let the person who came here complete their work and let them go. Because our staff works underground, most problems occur at the beginning and end of the shift. Those who manage to meet will meet, and those who can’t, will call in the evening to ask about their problems. The next day's work begins with a pile of unresolved questions and requests submitted by miners. Behind every phone call is a problem, a purpose, or a request. If I can solve all of them, this is the pride of my work.
